-Changed Randomness! forum name to General Chat and description.
-Changed News and General category to Community.
-Capitolized the "U" in News and Updates.
-Added a description to FAQ's and Rules.

Moved Topics

-Member's RP Rules has been moved from OOC: Limits and Info to FAQ's and Rules.
-Your Limits! has been moved from OOC: Limits and Info to FAQ's and Rules.
-Science Fiction has been moved in Character Sheets up so it matched the Roleplays section.
-An Immortal World (Fumetsu no sekai) has been moved from Private Roleplays to Roleplay Graveyard.
-An Immortal World: Rise of the Lycans (Fumetsu no sekai: Lycans no taitō) has been moved from Private Roleplays to Roleplay Graveyard.
-News and Updates has been moved up in the Community category as the second forum.
-FAQ's and Rules has been moved up in the Community category as the first forum.

Deleted Items
