16 Hex's (16-Shin no)

A world full of strange and dark creatures. Civilizations around the world have been lost. There is one safe haven where the humans have created a barrier. Sometimes, these creatures find a weak spot in the barrier. It is our job to defend it from the dark forces. The only way to destroy these enemies permanently is to destroy their Summoning Hex's scattered around the vast wasteland once known as Earth.

I will be posting the type of enemies that will pop up throughout the role play and their abilities. You can either be a civilian or fighter. Fighters are allowed ONE magical ability while civilians are not. Fighters are also allowed the choices of a weapon class. Your choices of classes are Archer (Bow and Arrow), Scout (Daggers), Warrior (Sword and Shield), Chemist (Potions), Mentalist (Telepathy and Telekinesis) or Ninja (Katana).

Name: Shizune Masashi

Biography: She grew up not knowing her mother. Her father never mentioned her. Shizune has grown to accept it, but she wants to know who her mother was and if she is alive. Why did her mother leave? Or, did something happen? She's wondered this since she was a child.

Her father is a fighter and is a bit over protective of her. He never lets her out of the city even when it is whats to be considered safe. She's known by everyone. Shizune is always helping out others and playing with the local children. But, she has hit the age where she wants to start looking for the right guy. She's never once had a date thanks to her father. Most guys are scared of him. He is the leader of the fighters after all and that intimidates them. Maybe, just maybe, she could meet a guy who doesn't know he is her father and accept her for who she is before meeting him. She wants to find her true love. She dreams of her knight in shining armor rescuing her from her sheltered life.

Biography: All he wants is to make this a safer world for his family. He had lost his memory when he turned 19. That's when he met Shizune. He couldn't find her parents and couldn't leave her alone, so he took her in and raised her. He never had the heart to tell her he wasn't her real father. He wondered if her mother and father would come back for her someday and take her away. It's his biggest fear. He keeps her sheltered and doesn't let her go more than a few blocks from their home.

He is the leader of the Fighter's Guild and can be a bit strict with everyone. Especially the younger recruits. Despite how he acts, he considers each of them family. After he had lost his memory, no one seemed to know who he was. All he could remember was his name. He's made due. He isn't sure what he would do if he met anyone who did recognize him either way. This was a large settlement. The chances of that were slim. They were currently short of fighters and he has put out a new recruitment request. They'll have to work hard to gain his approval.
