I based her a lot off my character with some things added. So the thief archer is my Khajiit in Skyrim lol. Anyways, I based everything solely off of Skyrim since I wasn't sure what other references to use. Even the picture I found looks almost exactly like mine XD I can also just make her a senior member which was basically third rank.

Kiraya had lived in the orphanage for as long as she could remember. She had no recollection of her family or any knowledge of them what-so-ever. When she was about eight, she had shown some skill as a thief by stealing from local vendors. The leader of the guild offered to take her in, give her a home and a new life. Without hesitation, she took his hand and followed him down a path of manipulation, bribery, death, and riches. She has always stated that the guild is her family and that she has no interest in starting a life with anyone nor having children. She makes it clear that she despises the thought of making her own family. However, she has a soft spot for children of any race and often helps them when they need it. Such as a lost child or one simply wanting a doll, she will buy it or take them back home for example. It's the ONLY thing she will do for free. Otherwise, she has to be convinced with something worthwhile before she will even consider helping someone out (Ex: Money, jewels, etc.) In her time there, she has advanced to one of the three highest ranking guild members and is the youngest to ever obtain a that status, aka the second in command under the leader. This also allows her to wear the black guild armor and makes her a member of the Nightingales.
