Blood Bonds

It's the year 2000. A war between vampires, werewolves and humans had raged for many thousand years but 100 years ago the werewolves were driven away for good(humans think) and humans and vampires have engaged in an alliance, where the vampires promised to hunt down werewolves and that way protect humankind in return for peace, land and blood donated from the hospitals' blood supplies.

There are 4 vampire lords with a mansion each and a few hundred vampires as subs along with a butler etc.

Many years passed with peace and order until the day a new werewolf arrived at the wolf pack far away and frequent werewolf attacks has begun to occur and the vampire lords has to take action. The vampire lords have meetings in which they discuss strategies, demands from the humans, how the alliance is going, the werewolves' progress and much more. They pull in vampires from all over the world to attend the meetings but in the end they have the last word, despite even that being an endless discussion that most vampires at present can laugh at afterwards(They disagree quite a lot).

You can choose between human, werewolf or vampire.
You can choose to be a vampire or human close to the vampire lords and attend and have influence at the meetings(Council etc)

Personality: Fierce, smart, sneaky, polite, elegant and calm
History: Dimitri was one of the few first vampires that came to the world. He has owned the mansion for countless of years being feared and hated by the humans, werewolves and many vampires as well. When he was 50, he had already claimed his current residence and turned Wilson, his faithful butler. He was one of the vampire lords the humans struggled most with regarding the alliance, but he has found peace with it and keeps a promise. Him and Wilson frequently hunt down werewolves and slay them, but he uses guns for easy and fast kills without getting his hands dirty. At meetings he tends to part with Kelly.

History: Viktor was one of the greatest warriors on the werewolves' side, but said to disappear mysteriously as the werewolves were about to lose. He wandered the lands alone and turned thousands of innocent humans to join the pack. The ones he turned immediately headed for the werewolf base while Viktor remained alone. He has been keeping the werewolf population decent in a long period of time secretly, but has now decided to return to his pack.

History: She had been serving in the military from when she was 18, but figured that she should have great chances to join the police with her military training. In her exercise missions, she and a few other companions have come across werewolf camps and knows that the werewolves aren't gone for good, but are merely held back by most likely the vampires. She joined the police when she was 24 and ha sliked it ever since.

She considers herself superior to the old grumpy vampire lords she supposedly has to listen to. She gangs up with Marc against Dimitri and Kelly at the meetings they have.

History: The next youngest vampire lord, Kelly, has remained a vampire lord through her diplomatic skills and cleverness. She agrees with Dimitri, which makes her highly unpopular in the eyes of Marc and Cassandra.

History: Nobody really knows why he has remained a vampire lord, but his judgmental attitude, though pessimistic, helps in tough times and to predict the enemies' next move. At meetings he gangs up with Sophie against Dimitri and Cassandra.

Dimitri fired the last shot directly at the werewolf's head as it fell to the ground. Dimitri swung his gun around. it was still smoking. "A good night's killing" he chuckled at Wilson who had kept him company all night. "Yes, but we've been out so many times, that the number of werewolves left should be less than one" Wilson replied and looked at Dimitri as they walked back to the mansion. "Yes, that's true, but we'll turn that subject at the morning's meeting" Dimitri responded. Wilson nodded. "But what do we do with Marc and Cassandra? They always disagree and complicate even the simplest discussion" Wilson asked with irritation. He was tired of the endless discussions with Marc and Cassandra. "I mean, they shouldn't have too much influence" Wilson continued with an annoyed look on his face. Dimitri shrugged. "Their influence has given us an advantage several times, so we can't completely disregard their contribution" Dimitri replied and shot at a stone on the ground. "I'm pretty fed up with them though... Marc is getting on my nerves" Dimitri sighed and shot at another stone. Wilson chuckled a little but then became serious again. "Perhaps we can agree this time" Wilson then said with a hint of optimism. Dimitri nodded silently. "Perhaps" he replied as they kept walking.
